Incorrect Items

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM THAN I ORIGINALLY ORDERED?

If you have received an incorrect item we ask that you please email us at help@hemper.co with pictures and/or videos of the following:

  1. The original packaging your items came in. 
  2. The packing slip that came inside your package. 
  3. The items that you received in your package. 

Once we are provided with the information above your claim can be submitted and assessed by the claims department.

Photos/Videos for your claim must be submitted within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery. In addition, all items must be in BRAND NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION at the time your claim is submitted.
