WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM THAN I ORIGINALLY ORDERED?
If you have received an incorrect item we ask that you please email us at email@example.com with pictures and/or videos of the following:
- The original packaging your items came in.
- The packing slip that came inside your package.
- The items that you received in your package.
Once we are provided with the information above your claim can be submitted and assessed by the claims department.
