Store Credit/Discount Code Process
WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?
A store credit is essentially an E-gift card which can be used towards placing future store orders. When a customer support representative issues an E-gift card, you will receive an email from " firstname.lastname@example.org via mail.rise-ai.com". In the bottom of the email, you will find your custom gift card code.
HOW CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT?
- Go about your shopping as normal. After you have added all the chosen items to your shopping cart and are ready to finalize the purchase proceed to checkout.
- On the checkout page you will see a small box on the right saying, “gift card code”. To use the gift card on our site, enter the gift card number in the gift card code box during checkout. Add the code and click “Apply”. Then choose the payment method for the remaining costs.
HOW CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
If you have a discount code that you would like to apply when placing your order, please follow these steps:
- When on the checkout page, you will see a discount code box on the right of the page. Please enter your discount code in this box before proceeding to checkout. In order for the discount code to apply, an email address needs to be entered. Once entered, please click on the 'apply' button.
- Once you click on the 'apply' button, your shopping cart will immediately update and show the discount that was applied underneath the subtotal for your order. Some discount codes may be temporarily deactivated during a store wide sale.
