DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AUTO-RENEW?
Yes, all month-to-month orders will renew automatically depending on which frequency plan was selected during sign up. We have 3 frequencies: monthly, every 2 months, and every 3 months. Depending on the frequency and payment plan you chose, YOU WILL get billed from the initial order date!
Your plan frequency can be changed in your subscription portal. This allows you to pick how often you receive the box if you find you don’t need the box every month. You can choose to receive your box monthly, every other month, every third month, etc.

Please note that you may cancel at anytime BUT if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.
Monthly subscription Cut-offs are the last day of each month. Orders placed after the 30/31st of each month are for the following billing period.

CAN I PURCHASE A HEMPER BOX OR BUILD A BOX WITHOUT SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
No, but If you are only interested in receiving the current month's box, all you have to do is cancel the subscription plan before the next billing date to avoid any unexpected charges.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
You can easily manage your reoccurring subscription from your Hemper Subscription Portal - please login to your subscription portal by clicking here. Here are the steps to manage your subscription:
- Log into your Hemper Customer Account.
- Click on “manage your subscription”
- Click on "View Details" for the subscription you wish to manage. All of your active subscriptions will appear on this window.
- From here, you can edit your shipping/billing information, change your order date, and so much more!
