Hemper Customer Account Information

WHY CAN'T I LOGIN TO MY HEMPER CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

You haven't been able to login since the account wasn't activated initially during sign up or the email address provided was typed incorrectly. Please email cx@hemper.co, so a representative can resend the activation link to the email address on file.

The link provided in the email will direct you to a page that will allow you to create a password for your Hemper account.

Once activated, you'll be able to manage and edit your account details! (:

WHERE CAN I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY?

By creating your Hemper customer account, you will have convenient access to your entire Hemper order history. Every order that was created on Hemper.co will be logged in your customer account for future references. Order history is easily visible on the main customer account page.

UNFULFILLED VS. FULFILLED...WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

You just placed an order and you see that your order is “unfulfilled”. This means that your payment has been cleared and accepted but your order is still being processed by our team at the warehouse. Once shipped, the status will change to fulfilled and you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order :)

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PRIMARY (DEFAULT) SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Changing your primary shipping address can be done following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Hemper Customer account.
  2. Click on "View Addresses". This link is just under your primary address.
  3. Click on "Edit" to make changes to your default shipping address
  4. Click on "Delete" to permanently delete the shipping address from your account.
Hemper subscribers need to update their shipping address within the subscription portal. Updating your shipping address through the ‘View Addresses’ link will only impact your account for one time store orders.

I HAVE HEMPER STORE CREDIT AVAILABLE, HOW DO I VIEW MY STORE CREDIT BALANCE?

Whether you were given store credit by one of our support members or were gifted a gift card, you can check your store credit balance within your Hemper Customer Account. Just follow these few steps:

  1. Log in to your Hemper Customer account.
  2. Click on "Store Credit ". The link is just below the "View Address" link.
  3. Your current balance, along with your Loyalty card number, will appear in a pop up window. Click on "Add store credit" to add the balance from a Gift Card.
