Missing Items

I AM MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER; HOW DO I RECEIVE THEM?

If you are missing items from your order we ask that you please email us at missing@hemper.co with pictures and/or videos of the following:

  1. The original packaging your items came in. 
  2. The packing slip that came inside your package. 
  3. The items that you received in your package. 

Once we are provided with the information above your claim can be submitted and assessed by the claims department.

Photos/Videos for your claim must be submitted within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery.
